"Refund took a little while but turned out Fine"
I had a problem with my order so I ended up opening a dispute. Support got back to me quickly, and after they looked everything over, they gave me a partial refund. It took a few days, so it wasn’t exactly Perfect, but they didn’t just ignore me and it did get sorted out in the end.

I mean, overall it was good. They helped me with the subject stuff I needed, and the explanation was, like, actually useful. The only thing is the reply came a bit late, so I was kind of waiting around for a while, but yeah, the help itself was solid

I used edubirdie one time and the paper I got back was original, at least from what I checked. I ran through it myself and plagiarism stuff I didn’t really find. relieved I was, because that was the main thing I was worried about

"Support was fine, just a little slow"
They did get back to me and help with what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. I just—well, I guess I was expecting a faster reply. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower than I’d hoped.

"Revision turned out much better"
I ended up asking for a revision because a couple of parts didn’t really line up with what my professor was expecting. The writer got back to it quickly and actually paid attention to the notes I sent, which I appreciated.
The final version was a lot clearer and flowed better overall. It wasn’t perfect the first time around, but I don’t mind small issues if they’re handled well, and the revision made a big difference.

"Decent work, but a little expensive"
I used EduBirdie once for a short paper, it was fine. The writer did a good job, well, not amazing, but definitely okay, and I got it back on time. My main issue was the price. For what I paid, I kind of expected a bit more detail or fewer edits to make afterward. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not really the best value for me.

"Writer kept me in the loop"
It was just really easy to chat with them, and, like, they replied quickly whenever I had a question. I never felt left hanging or anything, so yeah, overall it was a smooth experience

Got my paper before the deadline, which was a relief. Had to make a couple small edits, but overall the timing worked out.

"I was reading it during a quiet..."
I was reading it during a quiet evening after dinner, the writing quality stood out to me more than I expected. It just felt solid and easy to follow without trying too hard.
